15:06:38 by kculp \| Views: 18 \| Comments: 0 Wow, this site is maybe a silly question. I have the micro Sandisk 2GB card and I don't for the life of me see how it gets installed. There's a metal clip and I lifted it up and thought it would slide in. It doesn't. Now I guess I've dislodged it. The instructions say nothing about how to install. Do I have the wrong memory? I am matching the notches, see the copper wire facing up (phone) and how this would go in face down - got me frustrated. Would really help if I could see a picture of it installed and I've searched everywhere. Thanks.

Single keys are working, so only way to use phone is via that single keys (green, white, red, +/-, photo). I tried everything but failed. Thank you for help.

11:29:30 by cect15128 \| Views: 2 \| Comments: 0 hey i am in the u.s. and i just purchased the ak09... this phone is cool with a ton of features... my problem... i can't seem to receive calls.. 75% of incoming calls are directed to a busy signal... calls wont even go to my voice mail (att)... i can call out... but receiving is the problem, even with good signal... WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? ANYONE?
